Moving forward healthily
And an optional 6th session on the faith perspective.
Each evening includes two short talks followed by an opportunity for discussion in small groups of 6-8 people.

Course Dates
All sessions are on Thursdays 7.30pm-9.30pm starting on October 29th to December 3rd.
Attendance for all of the 5 main sessions is recommended. If you are unable to manage all of the dates please consider booking on a future course.
Those attending a previous course said it helped by
‘articulating things I’ve felt/thought but not been able to speak of’
‘hearing other peoples’ experiences and realising I’m not alone in how I feel’
‘opportunity to share things in an empathetic, friendly and safe environment’
