Luke 19:1-10.
Zacchaeus was so keen to see Jesus, he climbed a tree! Jesus must have known that Zacchaeus was keen to see him, as he called him down from the tree, out of a crowd of people.
Zacchaeus welcomed Jesus to his home, but before that he gave half his possessions to the poor. This was a sign of Zacchaeus’ heart.
How hungry are we to meet with Jesus? How prepared are we to surrender what we have, for Christ?
