Monday 29th April, 2019 at 8.00pm in the Church.  (Food from 7.30)

What happens at the APCM?
The evening will start with prayer and worship and end with prayer.
During the meeting David will speak to the church
The evening’s business includes elections to the role of Church Warden and membership of the PCC – (For this you need to be on the Electoral Roll click here for an application)

Who should come to the APCM?
We encourage all those who consider themselves to be regular members of Greyfriars or New Hope, or who are on the Electoral Roll to attend.
It is an important ‘looking back/looking forward’ meeting, and ideally we all need to be present to be involved in the life of our church.

What is the PCC?
The PCC is the elected body of the Church which meets during the year to conduct business and make decisions concerning the life of the Church.

How is the PCC elected?
People at Greyfriars and New Hope who are on the Electoral Roll can be nominated for PCC. At the APCM.  People are elected each year for a three year term initially. Only those who are on the Electoral Roll can take part in the voting.

Please pray for the nomination and election process and your part in it so that just the right people are elected to this important ministry.

A copy of the PCC Nomination form is available from the Church Office.
